Over the course of seven years, Soul Surplus grew into a multi-million dollar brand and a staple in the music production community. The company's success culminated in its acquisition by Splice in March 2020.

Now, Wes's focus has shifted to building businesses and business owners. With Hoops & Hustle, he aims to bring his entrepreneurial insights to the world of basketball, exploring how the sport intersects with business, technology, and culture.
